Hey there! You are visiting blog which is not very popular and posts don’t come up regulary. Doesn’t matter! Recipies are still tasty – that’s enough 🙂
Who am I?
My name is Jaga (read: Yaga). I am vegetarian from 10 years and vegan/vegetarian chef from 4. I come from Poland but since over one year I am based in London.
I am educated as culture antropologist and sociologist, but as almost everyone who runs foodie blog I am fascinated by food, cooking and everything what surrounds that subject. If you ask me, what are my dreams about, I will tell you that usually I dream about food. Even my friends have notoced that. That is why I decided to become a chef, to make my food experience more proffesional. My adventure in the kitchen gave me brilliant life lesson, huge knowledge, satisffaction and chance to proof myself how hard I can work. Except cooking I am aslo interested in food photography and I am still learning. Moreover, few times I have written about food, reastaurants and others on popular Polish, foodie websites.
